PANOTONE F.A.Q's Q. Do you accept verbal bookings? A. No. We only accept confirmed appointments made via our automated 24 hour booking system at http://panotone.com Q. Is my booking guaranteed? A. Yes. Our automated booking and reservation system provides you with instant confirmation of a guaranteed appointment the very second you make your booking. Q. Are your photographers punctual? A. Yes. At PANOTONE we understand time is money, as such if you book a photographer for 3-30 pm on Monday we guarantee you will have a photographer at 3-30 pm on Monday. Should we be so much as 1 minute late your photography is FREE of charge. Q. How long do will your photographers wait to gain entry into a home? A. Because of or own punctuality guarantee or photographers will wait a maximum of 15 minutes to be let into a property. After that, the appointment will have to be rescheduled with an additional charge. Q. How experienced are PANOTONE photographers? A. Very. All our photographs have extensive commercial, portrait, broadcast or print experience. Our founder Steve Kelly alone has over 35 years experience in television and photojournalism. Q. What if we need to cancel a booking? A. Bookings may be changed or cancelled either online or by phone up to 4 hours prior to your confirmed shoot date. After that a 50% cancellation charge may apply. Q. Can you invoice my clients directly and not myself? A. Yes Q. When are we expected to pay for completed work? A. Assuming you are happy with our work we ask that you settle your accounts within seven days. Extended credit account are also available.
Q. Can we pay by credit card? Q. Do you provide extended credit facilities? A. Yes subject to approval.
Q. Do you accept PayPal? Q. What if we are not happy with your photography? A. You don't pay us. Simply return your invoice within seven days stating the reason you are unhappy with our work and we will void your invoice. At PANOTONE we want you to be 100% happy with every aspect of our service. Q. If arranging a virtual tour of a home or business will your photographers ensure my property is clean and tidy before filming? A. While our photographers do everything possible to ensure your listing or business is portrayed in a good light our staff cannot be expected to tidy, dust, wash dishes, move furniture, cut grass, shovel snow or empty trash. That said, we work closely with home staging companies who can prepare your home or office for a photo shoot. Q. If arranging a portrait can you provide makeup and hair styling? A. Yes. At PANOTONE we work with some of the most experienced makeup artists and stylists in the industry. Simply let us know your requirements prior to your shoot and we will take care of the rest for you.
